Actually, you don't have to fill out a customs slip to Canada if it is under 2oz in a small bubble mailer. It may be more, but 2 oz for sure. I have asked numerous times at the PO and each time they say "no" and just throw it in with the other mail. They told me the exact weight, but I cannot remember.
