My take on it is that if the PO does it properly the rate will be 80 cents for a single chip or 97 cents for 3 chips in a bubble mailer. A significant increase over the current 52 and 63 cent rates. The Flat Rate box is still a bargain at 9.15. Most of those I ship weigh between 45 and 52 pounds. So the trick is to ship very large quantities. I had to train my local post office on Flat Rate shipping so I guess I will have to train them on the new rates for bubble mailers.
