I don't think so...we might not know the actual rates until we start mailing out in bubble mailers on the 14th & after. And I'm willing to bet that some USPS offices across the country will start out charging different amounts because they will be as confused as everyone else. The bottom line is that it is going to cost a LOT more to mail out items starting on the 14th. Nothing is going to change that. We either bite the bullet & pay or quit mailing. Andy - Las Vegas
