Although the By-Laws are linked to the Code-of-Ethics, the Code-of-Ethics do not state what you have said, i.e.:

"...that members may not offer fantasy chips for sale without disclosing that they were not made to be used in any casino".

If the language (and intent) was that clear, many of the debates here (and elsewhere) would be moot.

But I agree with your sentiment!
