certain of that little twist. Perhaps for the fact that both seller and buyer are face-to-face that there is an expedient to getting around to asking if something is "real" and being able to say no.

I am not familiar with what the Dealer Agreement states, along this line, if anything, but I would have to leave it to others more familiar with that condition to render an opinion.
