Re: Nice old PC of Harrah's Tahoe

You can see the Harrah's sign on the building. I know it was there in 1962 when I got out of the Army - it was on two levels - the parking lot in the back and the entry were lower and the front half of the place was on the same level as Highway 50. It was slots only on that side and was only open in the summer months. You can see the closed sign as well. The card is dated by the person who collected it as 1965. Some time after that Harvey's purchased the property from Harrah's. This is definitely where George's Gateway was located - between Harvy's and the state line.
