It's always the lawyers fault--

Did you offer to pay a lawyer a fee based upon the amount of time they spend pursuing your claim against Allstate? Or, did you expect them to work for a percentage i.e. a percentage of what they collect for you from Allstate? Or, maybe better, you expected some lawyer to do it for free because you picked an insurance company that has a notorious reputation for screwing its policy holders?
