I don't really know what to say to help you in your situation, but I can verify that the postal system in Canada (Ontario Specifically) has a massive black hole. I know because I live here.

I have been trading chips on and off, with people from this board for about 7 years now. Experience has proven to me that it is physically impossible to deliver a chip in a bubble mailer to Ontario in less than a month. Even chips that were sent from here in Ontario have taken over a month.

On my most recent Ebay sales I had people contacting me after 4 weeks that they had not received the chips yet (I sent it 3 to 5 day priority mail, arrives after a month). Ironically, in all of that time, there has only been one occasion that I did not receive a chip (Ebay seller with about 5% negative feedback- OK I learnt my lesson).

As for the club magazine (1st class postage) I usually receive it about two months before everyone else.
