I have seen the chip many times but the name and location are unknown.

The Rectangle mold chips were made by the Alonzo Burt Co. in Portland Me. The distributor for the mold was Western Supply Co. Most of the chips that I have seen with that mold were from the 50's. I don't think that it was used in 1931. The Goodyear commemorative chip may have been made later than you think.
