Thanks Pam, pretty interesting insight into how Mert was connected to this and that. Also gives me a chance to revise my listing of Mert's brothers. Don't know why I put down the names I did but Lou and Abe were the Wertheimer brothers I had in mind. These two started up a joint on Sunset Blvd called The Clover Club. Small world, Bugsy had an interest in the place after it got going and the next owner of the building was Billy Wilkerson who installed the Trocadero at that address.
