OK, John- let's straighten this out...

...seeing as I seem to be the Captain of the Titanic in this thread:
Josh is a club member and also a top recruiter.
I've known Josh for several years and can attest to the fact that he's a stand-up guy.
If his auction was for a repaired or altered chip, that would be an entirely different issue; the CC>CC code of ethics would come into play and we would stand 100% in agreement.
But his brief description is neither right nor wrong. It's just brief. You're mixing apples and oranges here.
It's quite possible that the buyer of the chip will be quite happy with his or her purchase.
