Finally, I'll do the Foxy article when I get around to it. You're wrong as usual. the Foxy NCV's are REAL chips ordered for the casino but never delivered because Foxy closed. What part of that fact are you having difficulty with? Real chips or closed before the chips were delivered?
Borland never made them or had anytyhing to do with them, I know this causes you pain but try to get over it.
