No mention of him in any post so far. He held the Bolita action in Tampa to I believe 1955. He even had a connection to clubs with gambling in Miami. Now the northern influence might have controlled the bars and liquor in Tampa but Wall was shot numinous times during takeover attempts and survive until he retired.
