Its 3 to 4 days assuming it has to pass through customs.
For 'paper content' only, it often arrives in 2 days. Doug Saito mails me similar content regularly by global priority.

I think the issue is more of logistics.
Publisher probably has a machine that packs and seals them and prints the relevant postal permit. They may, for example, charge the club 10c a mag to do this. (on top of the actual postage)
If the mailing had to be done 'manually' it could be they want $2 a mag to do it.

Im not 100% sure the publishers are being entirely straight with the club over the methods used/prices charged.
I make that comment after speaking to Allan Anderson and Mike Skelton.
Thats why I did not blame the club at any point for this. (yet grin )

Id be interested to know how many overseas members there are.
