My point both here and on the club BBS is that it might be a good idea to treat "Foreign mailings" with special attention as we did years ago with Reynckens when the publisher was mailing his magazine to Belgium via Air Mail... which didn't cover postage to Belgium.

I'm sure the BOD is addressing the issue, but I was just curious as to what the cost would have been for the last several issues to be mailed overseas via Air Mail.
