When we transfered from Denver to S. Utah, I had the dilemma of what to do with 5 huge boxes of albums, etc left to me by a relative.
I called the local boy scout chapter in Denver and they were thrilled to have the stamps to help the kids who wanted to earn their "collecting" merit badge. The great part was, not only did they go to a worthy cause (in my opinion), but the donation was tax deductable.
I do not know if there were any "treasures" in those boxes of stamps, but I'll bet the kids had a blast finding out!
