The 3rd edition shows this chip as an R-7 (16-30 known).

This past May, there was a lot of 100 pieces in new condition on eBay. It was put up with a starting bid of $9,000, but did not sell. It seems clear that one seller wound up with the lot and is selling them on a weekly basis. If you make the assumption (maybe incorrectly) that this is the only box in existance, then this would make the chip an R-5.

He has also been selling quantities of other chips, including the $25 2nd edition Tropicana (he won 2 lots of 100 each for about $39 a chip), first edition $25's from the Trop, and several denominations of Royal Inn small crowns (he bought a lot of 100 chips this past April.)
