Regarding the $100 2nd issue chip from Tropicana LV, this chip has dropped in value from the 2nd edition Chip Price Guide level to its present 3rd edition book level. But now it seems there are quite a few mint state chips of this issue coming up on E-Bay. Am I missing something or has a "large" hoard of these chips come to the surface? Appreciate any help on this subject. Thanks.
