I don't have to call them special orders. What would you call them. Since Gene cited hot stamps as being duplicated, should we now call them generics since anyone could order them? That would certainly lessen the number of chips in Gene's collection.

I haven't tied them to TX. However, Ed Hertel has (check his online illegal guide). I'm sure Ed could cite his sources. Also, Mike Spinetti, who is the source for a 5 piece, 4 stick box, c&s set has attributed the set as being from the BR in Galveston. I believe that a photo exists of a raid of the BR that shows the 4 stick box c&s as being in the raid.

I just got a number different that you dont have. What will you offer for them?
