Prosecuting it is very easy. The quickest example would be the WSOP players who were interviewed while playing on line and the interview was televised. Many admit to playing on line publicly, and those statements may be used against them.

The wording of a statute is only one of many considerations. The wording you included has little relevance to any of the issues I raised.

See you in Vegas (and you are right, the Wash law won't be enforced in my opinion).
