I believe that the BOD is indeed doing something about it. They are discussing it, looking into possible options, and asking opinions. They will issue a final decision on the matter. Unfortunately, it appears that if the decision is not the one that you want to suit your needs then you will dismiss it as being patronizing to the old guard.

Again, give me a break. If it has to be your way or the highway, then hit the road already. But don't cry out that nothing is being done. You should know better than that.
