Jim; To answer your question ... according to the club's ByLaws ... the elected Board has the final say on dues.

However, according to the club's Constitution ... any club member may submit an ammendment to the Constitution IN WRITING to the Club President... but some members would rather complain over and over and over again on the same subject on the message boards than to submit a CONSTRUCTIVE proposed ammendment in writing. I guess it's easier to type bb messages than it is to draft a letter and put it in the U.S. mail.
