Why someone will sit at a 5 dollar table and play a game with bad rules while betting 25 a hand, when just a few tables over is a 25 dollar table with better rules.

At Bally's Vegas a few years back on the main floor they had hit soft 17 on all the tables. Up in the high roller section it was 25 dollars a hand min. with stand on soft 17.

At Hooters in Vegas it was 25 dollar a hand min. bet in the Party Pit with CSM. Other tables were dealing out of a shoe. Couldn't get a seat in the Party Pit if you tried. Barry
