How about the cities that offer voting ballots in foreign languages? If you are entitled to vote, then the person should also know English.

Even casinos are beginning to make announcements in two languages.

Speak up!!!, in English and let these merchants know that they are reaping the profits in America and they should conduct business in English.

If a foreigner needs a 2 x 4, he'll figure out where they are and how to buy it.
