About 4 months ago I bought a 19" KDS flat screen monitor which developed a problem of showing a large circle dead center of screen, so I contact KDS and they sent me a new one which arrived yesterday (after about 12 days, but Thanksgiving was in those days also,) and I set up the new one, which looked just fine, packed up the back one and ran off to Mail Boxes, Etc. to send the defective monitor back to California.
This moring I wake up to a 1/2 screen of bright green (shimmering at that) so I call them and they say they will send another which will take 5-7 business days......We'll see how long this one takes to get here, and if IT works. Thanks for listening.
