I do not agree with the "poker chip" definition as being the answer. The last part of your definition adds "casinos or casino night parties" which puts it right back into your definition for casino chips. A seperate "home set" or similar term / category without any mention of poker or casino would be better.
I feel any chip used in a casino, legal or illegal, is a casino chip. This includes the casino night, charity or poker room / tournaments popping up all over the country.
In any case, a seperate category for the home sets would be nice. I would not want to see the rest of the chips category split into many more sub-categroies though. It is difficult enough to find things now woithout have to go to multiple categories.
