Re: Question / definition / poker chip vs casino c

Part of the problem may very well be the people who are looking at these home poker sets.

I have several friends who spent large sums of money to have nice, high quality home poker sets. Too much in my opinion.

They refer to their chips as "real Las Vegas Casino Chips". As non-collectors, they are irritated by my efforts to correct them.

They regard "Las Vegas" and "real casino" as style terms, meaning they are the same kind of chips used in real Las Vegas Casinos.

I don't challenge the intent of you post, simply raise a point to be considered before you begin your bombardment of ebay.

I do like Tim Miller's simple classifications.
