Circus Circus Reno Emmett Kelley Jr stacker set. Read notes in first post in thread also. The issued chips came with the design I show at the top on chip #1 of 6. I have a full set of stacks with all 6 designs on top. Also an odd single stack. At the bottom I have 5 single chips from broken Gold Strike sets. All are blank on reverse. Duplicate designs but different edge printing on them and they show no signs of ever being glued to anything so maybe this is how they were provided.
