I think I wanted to avois this post altogether. We have all hashed out the issue in a general sense, but Mr. Whalen has a specific issue, but his posts dance around that specific issue.

Mr Follis is correct, there is much more to the law than a couple of statutes. Reading the Constitution and saying you understand the law, is like reading the 10 commandments and saying you understand religion.

Finally, I don't think Mr. Whalen will find support or satisfaction at this site, and onlyt hurts himself by prodding that issue here.
