Why not hit the nail on the head and be done?

If someone wants a drill hole filled in a chip, what is the most likely reason?

1. So they can cash it at a casino?
2. To make it more valuable?

For some reason I would vote for #2 grin
For some reason I also believe the person filling the drill hole would also vote for #2.

This does not point or prove guilt of the parties (see last weeks thread etc. etc.) but should solve the analogy.

Of course there was one point of the analogy that warranted further explanation.
"Guns have been used to make withdrawels from banks or obtain sexual favors"
I presume its therefore considered possible to choke a cage manager to death with a bag of tokens when he doesnt hand over the cash grin
I cant think of an instance where the gun would be used legally to obtain a bank withdrawal or sexual favor, but then maybe the law operates differently in the US grin
