The auctions are legit. I know who the owner is through a friend who deals with him on baseball cards. Great chips and sure they are starting high but some you never ever see and were bought out of an old collection and from what I was told some have not been on the market for years. Its nice to see rare stuff in top shape.

I like to start chips at a lower price and let the excitement build. Thats just the way I like to do my sales. Luckily with ebay we can price our items however we want.

You can ship Registered mail USPS insured for $11,000.01 to 12,000 its $19.05 plus the cost of the actual postage which could be under $1 for one chip. This is THE safest and best way to mail better chips. Mostly I use this on $1000 sales or more which costs $10.55 for 1,000.01 to 2,000. This is from my sheet of rates from June, 2002 but I believe last time I mailed some better chips this was still the current price.
