I e-mailed him the day I got the chip!

Also for $190 the chip should be mint.

He said none of the $25 Playboys hit the tables and that all are new!

I want a refund. I thought I was getting a unplayed chip!

It is USED and is badly scratched in the insert.

I'm NOT making this uP.
