John, I was surprised by that offer as well. I felt it had some invisible political strings attached. I was surprised by a few other offers as well. But, some part of it was humanitarian and like it was said they didn't have to offer a dime.

The news is saying many offers will have to be declined simply because of logistics, and I believe that. I think we will accept a good many offers and I think it is in good faith that we do. Not doing so could be taken as a slap in the face of those offering it.

As far as the magnitude of the gift I find it totally irrelevant and should not be 'measured' or compared to what we have done in the past.
