Calling an offering of half a billion dollars to help our country during a time of natural disaster a pittance IS whining!

Any American feeling embarrassed by other countries offering help at this time must be using some convoluted logic. Perhaps they think the door should only and always swing in one direction. I happen to think its about time that door began to swing both ways!
