"By the way, how do you know it's not from Jerry Wall's collection?" Because I have the production records of the Burt Company. I looked it up and it's exactly correct in every way. The notches were done at the factory to cancel the chip.

The spot within a spot is an example of the state of the chip making. I know how it was done, I just can't believe they would actually do it.

This was not a prototype but an regular issue.
