Re: Round Inserts? How do they do that?

Repairing holed chips is not easy, Michael. It costs several dollars and consumes a lot of time. It's also done on chips that have already been molded and are hard so there's a solid base to work on. I doubt that's how Burt would do round inserts on new production chips.
