Have you ever bought a computer from Dell?

You really shouldn't have used Dell as an example... They typically charge $99 to ship a computer to you. You really think that is a "fair" charge to have a couple boxes shipped to your house????

You're entitled to your opinion and I respect that.

My opinion is such that this is a free country and ebay sellers are free to charge whatever they want. It doesn't bother me one bit if they charge extra to cover handling and insurance costs. If I feel they are "overcharging", then I just don't bid on it. It's called a free market system.

As far as sound business practices go... Any sound business will pass through charges to the consumer in some fashion. Do you really think that companies such as Dell don't build into their cost of doing business enough cushion into their prices to cover shipping, handling, self-insurance, warranty expenses, etc?
