From a mrjoeb perhaps? Joe is a good seller. Just add the insurance if you want you chips insured. If you don't add insurance and your chips are lost, then you're SOL. When Joe says he's self insured, it means he's protected against lost whether you pay for insurance or not, but that doesn't help you if you don't pay for it to cover yourself.
