I have posted on The Chipboard about my past experience with Vic. Very briefly ... he participated in a round robin that I ran. He didn't follow the rules and took 6 chips out of the round robin that were in excellent condition and replaced them with worn and damaged chips. He refused to make good. I filed a claim with the CCGTCC and found out that he was never a member, he just posted a membership number next to his name as if he was a member in order to fool other collectors. Then I found out he was a member of the Deep South Chapter and filed a claim with them. They kicked him of the chapter.

To show you that Vic's behavior is not typical of chip collectors, I invite you select any two chips from my trade list of equivalent value to the chips you were supposed to get from Vic, perhaps I even have the same chips, at no charge.
