envelopes with chips through sales and trades or purchases with people on this board -- almost five years. In that five years, I have had one outgoing package that never arrived (I refunded the $$$) but have never had any incoming packages that did not arrive. I don't know Vic G, but two lost packages (that we know of) plus his other dealings with some fine chippers, sure makes him someone to avoid like the PLAGUE!!! Live & learn, I guess... Steve B
