Regarding the earliest NV cord mold chip, how about the OXC, Oxford Club? Club opened in 1948 but don't know when the 5's were made. Closed in 1958.

Your Miners Club is Mountain City. Good chips. I got the brown $1 from Dale Seymour years ago, one of my favorite chips.

Do you have a city name for Ash Meadow Lodge? Fuller says Nye County, Nv near Death Valley, Ca with dates of 1952-57.
