Believe me I tried to get all the notes corrected as on page 219. With all the footnotes I added its amazing this many came through this close. Some were on the next page you would have to turn to see the notes. This apparently is not an easy task for the editor to do. I am not the editor. I send the info. they make it all work. I correct what I dont like. And I did tons of that. The small town section was to have red in the center. I have no clue what happened. Some things are just going to happen beyond my control. Nothing is perfect & you sure did not find much wrong so I am thrilled! All in all they did a great job putting this book together for us. It is one of their most difficult. When you move one line others move if not enough lines per page, they get pushed to the next one. Perhaps nothing could be done with page 219.
Its a job for me to make sentences stay in the margins that are set and try not to let one word go over to create any extra lines. They asked for no more than 400 pages. Its a miracle we got it all to fit! It came back larger but they condensed it to this from the 416 they are advertising- which is what was seen in a proofing stage.
