Yes they are!!! And actually I used to FEAR a neg so badly that I was always nervous and now that I have them I am a little relieved and its business as usual. Now I only leave feedback After the buyer leaves mine. That way someone even thinking of neging me will definately get negged in return.I play it safe,but really all my customers lately have been really good chippers and my last neg is now buried deep.
