In each case I was under the understanding payment would be sent immediately. In one case it was supposed to be by paypal.

There are a number of people I have both bought and sold to. When I bought, my check (for something like $7.50) was allowed to clear for 3 weeks before the chips were sent. The time between sending the check and receiving the chips was over 2 months. When I sold to the same seller I was told money order would go out same day. I received payment 4 weeks later, buyer said he wanted to inspect the chips first.
