I don't understand the concept of waiting until you receive chips to send payment for them. If I'm dealing with somebody who obviously cares about maintaining a reputation in the hobby I should trust them enough to send a check at the same time (or even before) they send me a purchase. The same goes for trades. I just think it's bad chip etiquette to expect to receive something from the other party before sending your side of the transaction.
