Canadian Customs problem

I sent an envelope containing a couple of Hard Rock magnetic bottle openers to a customer in Canada. 8 weeks later it was returned unaccepted as "Senders name was not on the package". My name stamp was in fact on the reverse and it had no problem finding its way back to me.

I re-sent the openers, this time in a small box.
4 weeks later (this morning) the box returns to me with a sticker saying "Goods prohibited in Canada"

On both occasions my customs sticker clearly showed the contents and value.

I send packages to Canada, maybe once a fortnight. Never had a problem before. First time Ive sent bottle openers I can recall (metal). Ive sent plenty strikes ok though.

Anyone have any ideas?
