Dwayne Kling lists four Elite Clubs in his "The Rise of the Biggest Little City". The Elite Club was on Douglas Ally and had poker, craps and 21 from 1949-1952. The Elite Cigar Store was a 2 East Commercial Row and had poker. craps and 21 in 1931 - the license was not renewed in 1932. I have not seen a listing for the chips for the Elite Club but the dice are listed in the latest guide book. The O'Neal chip is a generic poker chip - pretty common. I do not know anything about the others.
