I just recieved some vintage chips and i need some help to ID them.

the first 2 are believed to be from the ELITE CLUB
on COMMERCIAL ROW in reno.this was a black club that operated in 1931.i have a $1 and $5.i just need conformation.i have 2/$5 chips that read
LCC one is red with 4 cream/white the green with 4
cream/white.one cream colored chip that says (o'neal) 1 green with PSC AND ONE BLUE WITH DY OR OY.
any info would be appreciated.
