In my opinion, what discourages individuals from writng is a lack of knowledge. Knowledge comes through hard work and experience.

Chip collecting is a hobby. A fun hobby for most. All most collectors want to do is collect chips. They don't want debates, or tension, etc. They get enough of it at work and maybe even at home.

I debated whether I should answer Mr. Spragg's article. I just could not let it go with information that was not correct. Believe me, I like many don't often come back to this board. It just isn't as much fun like it use to be.I probably won't be back until my first article is ready. If I want aggravation I'll pick up one of my client cases with the IRS
