I gave up trying to figure out Outlook, and even Outlook Express Archie. I downloaded Eudora and like it fine. You can use the plain version free, or pay for registration and get more options. I've used it for about 6 months now. It also doesn't have all the security loopholes that the hackers find and exploit in Outlook.
